New Year at Aplental

Ski patrol coming down with flairs, fireworks by i think the cat operators, and a thunderous BOOM right at midnight from the avalanche guys. Quite a new year. Enjoy. They are a little hazy as it was snowing like crazy and anymore then about a third of a second exposure the images would just come out white from the light catching the flakes in the forground. We actually had 30 inches of light fluffy powder sugar snow that night. (too bad we didn't get to enjoy it)
